Fred doing agility

We have been up and running since June. The club could not be better. Many in our community have returned or visited for the first time. As companies are struggling with the new pandemic issues, I am happy to say we have met the complicated situation head on with great success. Dog lovers, new and old have returned to continue to train their precious pets in a safe environment.
If you are looking for a place to train your dog, please give us a try. We have a group of extremely dedicated trainers. We have the traditional classes such as puppy obedience thru advanced obedience. Also, classes offered are Rally, Agility, Therapy and Scent training.
We offer AKC Canine Good Citizen test for those who are ready. For many of us the CGC is the first award that our dog receives. This certificate tells others that our dog is well behaved and cared for. This program is recognized as the gold standard for dog behavior. In CGC, dogs who pass the 10 step CGC tests can earn a certificate and/or the official CGC title.
Looking for something new to do with your dog, try out Agility, Rally or Scent.
SCENT OR NOSE WORK: One of the newest sports that you can do with your pet.
Scent Work or Nose work is a sport that mimics the task of working detection dogs to locate a scent and communicate to the handler that the scent has been found. We offer classes to help you and your pet learn this new and fun class.
AGILITY has been around for a long time and is always fun for everyone involved. Agility teaches your dog to crawl through tunnels, walk a plank, weave through poles, traverse a seesaw, and scale an A-frame.
RALLY-O Rally obedience is a dog sport based on obedience. Unlike regular obedience, instead of waiting for the judge's orders, the competitors proceed around a course of designated stations with the dog in heel position. The course consists of 10 to 20 signs that instruct the team what to do. Want to try your hand at an obedience class that takes it to the next level. Try Rally!
Whatever your needs, just starting or looking for more, come join us at MDTC!
Thank you!
